We will accept your returned or exchanged item(s) within 15 days of your item(s) being delivered to you. If your delivery date has exceeded 15 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return/exchange qualifications:

⎔ Orders must be purchased from thebeautymode.com or in store
⎔ Only unused & unopened products in the original condition are eligible for a refund or exchange
⎔ No visible signs of use or any discrepancy with the product
⎔ Products must be in original packaging. Products that are not sealed and in new condition will not be accepted, as determined by Beauty Mode.
⎔ Gift Sets must be returned in full and original packaging
⎔ Any products that are purchased as part of "Last Chance" or "Final Sale" may not be returned or exchanged
⎔ Shipping and handling are non-refundable
